first you must defeat all the gyms'dojos'champions,etc.. and then i will give you tips you can find kyogre,arceus(water),lugia,articuno,regice in map 9 for the fire legendaries just search in lavacave(map10) for dialga,regice,articuno,or anything that is ice map 11 for deoxys,rayquaza,mew in map 1 for electric legendaries map 12 for latios and latias map 6 that i know.
